1. Personalized Products Policy
Since each item is custom-made specially for your child, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is paid and confirmed.
However, if there is any mistake from our side — such as a misspelled name, incorrect photo, or printing defect — we take full responsibility and will remake or replace your product free of charge.
2. If There’s an Issue
If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation
