Return & Exchange Policy

At Bookey, every product is made especially for your child—personalized with their name, photos, and unique details to create a one-of-a-kind experience.

Because of that, our policy is a bit different from standard products 

1. Personalized Products

Since each item is custom-made just for you,
We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

However 
If there is any mistake from our side (such as a misspelled name, incorrect photo, or a printing defect),
We take full responsibility and will remake or replace your product free of charge.

2. If There’s an Issue

If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

  • Or our page messages

Kindly include a photo showing the issue so we can assist you quickly.

3. Order Confirmation

We rely on the details you provide (name, photos, and other inputs).
So please:

  • Double-check all information before confirming your order
  • Note that changes cannot be made once production has started

4. Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product upon arrival
  • Production error from our side

In these cases, we offer:

  • Free replacement
    or
  • Refund (depending on the situation)
